The Idea behind Campo Studio

In Venezia, Italy, the public squares throughout the city are curiously called campo, not piazza — with the notable exception of Piazza San Marco.

The word campo means field — a nod to their original use as community gardens and shared land.

These were places where people gathered, where daily life unfolded, and where something was always growing — food, culture, community.

Campo Studio is rooted in this idea — community is where things grow.

We see hospitality in the same way: creating places that bring people together and become part of everyday life.

Campo Studio is where hospitality becomes culture.
